"Happy new client! I was only calling for a quote (with low expectations as the other companies I’d called were all similarly priced). I needed a unique, multi-state policy (Progressive had jacked my rate by $400 per six months because of the situation). Tyler Thorne answered the phone and had me set up with a new policy (same coverage as the old one) that will save those $400! Best part? He had the deal complete in under 20 minutes (it took Progressive nearly an hour to figure it out previously). Easy, peasy! Thanks, Tyler!"

"A string of bad luck quickly snowballed into a bad situation. Canceled my policy with no notice after removing a vehicle off my policy (modifying policy). Ended up needing help with a small claim during that period and they Insisted I reinstate my policy because it would “mess up my claim”. Found out later this was because they didn’t follow notice procedures. (going to court over claim had to get documents) Additionally I learned the claim had already been paid out. Zero effort to argue fault during my claims process. (I understand it’s a relatively small claim <500) I was also automatically enrolled into their tracking app after being reinstated. After my rates more than doubled I moved onto another insurance. During my new policy quotes I was told my lapse in coverage and claim were primary factors in the increase. It’s really hard to articulate the totality of the situation, but this was by far the worst experience with an insurance company(auto) I’ve ever had over the last 20 years. The staff is very friendly and I understand shit happens it was just a little too much for me. I will also point out that a lot of these issues were a result of their corporate and claims office. Edit canceled home insurance too. Awesome"
